Houston Update: Denmark House bought, Concourse Development new community, and Waller ISD new school

Josh: Hello and welcome to this edition of weekly update. My name is Joshua Vita CBTV journalist. This week on our update we have the Belvoir Real Estate Group acquires the Denmark House, Howard Hughes Corporation to add Waller ISD Elementary School in Bridgeland and Concourse Development Masterplan community will begin building.

OK, our first story up today is the Houston based concourse development is going forward with its planning to develop a 154-acre community in Angleton about 45 miles South of downtown Houston near Lake Jackson. Windrose Green as the project will be known as adjacent, the Angleton High School, just east of Hwy 288 on the Highway 35 Bypass. It will offer amenities and usually available in larger master plan communities, including a splash pad, covered pavilion and a lakes and trail system. Concourse development has hired Castle Rock communities and K Hovnanian homes to be exclusive builders in the first phase of the community. This will offer approximately 660 40-foot to 50-foot homesites.

OK, my next story today is about the Howard Hughes Corporation and a new elementary school in the Waller ISD in Bridgeland. The school does not have a name or opening date but is the 5th school in Bridgeland and the first slated for the Prairie Land portion of the master plan community. The school and beyond in 18 acres site at the intersection of Virgin Creek Parkway and Prairie Land Crossing on the West side of Grand Parkway. Bridgeland is known for the high standards on his academic offerings, and Waller ISD aligns with the established vision on educational excellence within our larger community focus environment now said by Heath Melton, Executive Vice President of MPC registers residential for the Howard Hughes Corporation. Other schools that are also being planned in the community. Includes Cypress Fairbanks ISD Bridge in high school, Pope elementary and Wells elementary.

OK the next story is about the Denmark House. Houston based Belleville Real Estate Group has acquired the 19,388 square foot office building north of Jersey Village and plans to upgrade the property. The property often referred to as Denmark House, is located at 12777 Jones Rd. It is a four-story building covering 7.4 acres in Denmark. Houses built in 1982 in last were invented in 2005. The plan enhancements include upgrade common areas and tenant amenities including conference center, first market, and revamp property technologies. Denmark has been a high performing asset for decades with a strong history of command tenants, we're excited for the opportunity to continue to serve the properties occupiers well, positioning asset for the future of office work, said managing Director Matthew Goldsby.
